Miya Holdings does not trade, sell, or leverage client data for secondary market speculation. Our data collection is strictly operational — designed solely to execute secure asset acquisitions, verify legal land titles, and facilitate encrypted escrow transfers. If your data is not required to close the deal, we do not collect it.

Intelligence Matrix — What We Collect

Tier 1 — Identity & KYC Intelligence

  • National ID (NID), Passport (for NRBs), Corporate Trade Licenses
  • Biometric or digital signatures used for secure document execution

Tier 2 — Financial Parameters

  • Proof of funds, banking channels for inward remittance, eTIN
  • We never store direct credit card numbers — escrow runs through enterprise banking partners

Tier 3 — Spatial & Interaction Data

  • Search parameters, asset viewing history, 3D Digital Twin interactions

  • Vanguard Auditing — cross-reference identities against AC Land, RAJUK, and Sub-Registry databases

Disclosure Protocol — Strict NDA Circulation

Your identity is shielded. During initial negotiations, Miya Holdings acts as your proxy. Identity and financial data are disclosed only to vetted Senior Vanguard Directors, our internal Legal Division, and (where required by law) government sub-registry offices, RAJUK/CDA, and designated escrow banks. We never sell your profile to third-party marketing agencies.

Security Infrastructure

  • All client data encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256
  • Uploaded KYC documents stored in isolated cloud environments inaccessible to public-facing infrastructure

  • Request a complete ledger of the data Miya Holdings currently holds on your entity.

Right to Erasure

  • Mandate the deletion of your KYC and financial parameters from our active servers, subject to BD financial retention laws.
