- All financial ledgers and property data matrices are structured with rigorous ARIA tagging.
- Typography engineered for maximum legibility, with user-defined scaling that does not break the UI.
Navigational Autonomy
- The entire Holdings Terminal can be navigated with absolute precision using keyboard inputs.
- Focus-states are highly visible, acting as a glowing beacon to guide users.
Cognitive & Visual Contrast
- Our dark-mode architecture is calibrated to meet strict WCAG contrast ratios.
- Animations and 3D transitions can be paused or disabled globally via terminal settings.

Spatial Data Accessibility — The Ledger Fallback
We use immersive 3D Digital Twins to showcase luxury estates and commercial infrastructure. For clients utilizing assistive technologies where 3D rendering is suboptimal, every property tour is accompanied by a highly descriptive, text-based spatial layout document detailing floorplans, material finishes, and room dimensions.

Third-Party Infrastructure
While we control the Miya Holdings infrastructure, our platform occasionally links to third-party government municipal sites (RAJUK, AC Land) or banking portals. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of these external state-run domains, but we actively advocate for inclusive API integrations.
